Linzer tarts, aka Lindsay tarts, because they are now gluten free! These are one my favorite cookies to eat and not too difficult to make! Perfect for the holidays, Valentine’s Day, or really any day!

I first saw these cupcakes made on the wonderful show, Nadiya bakes. Truly a beautiful and inventive cupcake, I had to find the right gf cookie to be the base of the cupcake and balance the cake part of it too! These are a multi step process, but worth it!

Lemon pie is perfect for a spring and summer dessert ! The graham cracker crust gives it a nice texture contrast to the creamy, lemon filling. And I took Julia Child’s advice and got a blowtorch to toast the marshmallow cream swirls on top! Have fun!

Have your cake and eat it too! Christina Tossi’s Milkbar Birthday Cake is heavenly delicious and you should not miss out on the birthday fun! This one takes a little longer to make and assemble, but the result is perfection! Celebrate!
